PM Modi praises Udupi couple in ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program

Udupi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his last Mann Ki Baat radio program of the year lauded the couple from the district here.

The prime minister congratulated the couple, Anudeep and Minusha, for cleaning more than 800 kilograms of garbage at the Someshwar beach in the district adding that the people of the country should likewise involve in the Clean India campaign.

Byndoor-based Anudeep and Minusha have been working on the cleaning of the Someshwar beach since November 27.

BJP’s State president Nalin Kumar Kateel congratulated the duo and praised their efforts in cleaning upto 800 kilograms of plastic and other garbage from the beach under the Clean India campaign.
