Ram temple trust has received more than Rs 1 cr donation from Christian community

Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister Dr CN Ashwath Narayan said that the State’s Christian community has donated over Rs 1 crore to the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

In a meeting organized by the DyCM, businessmen, NRIs, social workers and community leaders from the Christian community promised to contribute their best to build the Ram Temple.

Speaking at the occasion, Narayan said, “People say BJP is against minorities, but it is not true. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, “Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Vikas and Sab Ka Vishwas”  which is the BJP’s mantra.”

Also, talking on behalf of the Christian community, Ronald Colaco, business tycoon, said,”  This is not the first time that our community has given donations. We have  always been supportive of all the issues of the country.”
