Reduce weight or forget about your promotion: ADGP Alok Kumar to Police officials

Bengaluru: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) of Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP) has asked his staff to be physically fit or forget about their promotions.

He wrote to Commandants of all KSRP and India Reserve battalions and advised those who are weighing 10 kg or more than the average weight to get slim before April 30

It is said that ADGP has also given a chart of weight to be reduced. The chart states that staff below 40 years should cut down 10 kg, while those aged between 40 and 50 should reduce 5 kg. Also, Staff aged between 50 and 55 should reduce 2.5 kg
