Bengaluru: In yet another money seizure, an aggregate of Rs 85 lakh unaccounted money was seized from a vehicle close to the JAS toll plaza in Nelamangala on the city edges on Tuesday morning.
The activity was together done by the Income Tax department, Election Commission and police authorities.
Following up on a tip-off the Income Tax and Election Commission authorities stopped the Mahindra Xylo car which was going towards Shivamogga from Bengaluru, carrying the sum and arrested its driver.
The police are presently questioning the driver.
