Bengaluru: Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that meetings of Central Core Committee and Parliamentary Board are underway and all would be finalized in next two to three days.

Speaking to reporters, he said, “My name is coming up in the news. Legislators from my district are expressing this. What is important is what the party decides.”

“I’m not sure what was discussed in the meetings. Dharmendra Pradhan will be coming to the State. National President JP Nadda is also likely to arrive. The new CM selection process will take place as soon as possible. The selection process will include the opinion of the Legislative Committee, Core Committee and Parliamentary Board.”

Reacting to the statement by Siddaramaiah that the next BJP chief minister too will be corrupt he said, “Siddaramaiah was a chief minister and has lost the election. A former chief minister has no moral authority to speak like this.”
