Shirva: One killed, another injured after bikes collide

Shirva: One biker was killed and another was seriously injured in a head-on collision between motorbikes on Thursday evening.

The accident occurred near Durganagar Inchara bus stop on the Shankarapura-Shirva main road at around 9 PM on June 8.

the deceased has been identified as Shankar Acharya, a resident of Shankarapura. It is learnt that the injured rider, identified as Karunakar Moolya of Pamboor, was injured in the accident and has been admitted to a private hospital.

Shirva police have reached the spot and conducted an inspection.
