Shivamogga Hindu activist murder case; Two arrested

Shivamogga: Police officials have arrested two persons in connection with the murder of a 23-year old Bajrang Dal activist in Shivamogga on February 20.

Speaking to the media, ADGP Murugan said,  “Prohibitory orders have been clamped for two days in Shivamogga. Two persons have been arrested and further investigation into the murder is on. Strict action will be taken against the accused.”

“The details of the accused will be revealed after the investigation. I request the public to help maintain law and order in the state,” he added.

Bajrang Dal activist 26-year-old Harsha, was murdered late on Sunday in Shivamogga. He was allegedly attacked by unidentified assailants at the Ravi Varma lane in Bharathi Colony.
