Sullia: Brother-sister duo dies in scooter-car collision

Sullia: In a scooter-car collision on the Subramanya-Jalsoor state highway, both brother and sister who were on the scooter died.

The accident took place on Tuesday, October 4 noon between Yelimale and Bajale of Sullia.

The deceased are identified as Nishanth and Moksha.

Reportedly, Nishanth who was riding the scooter had rammed into an oncoming Maruti car.

Due to the impact, both Nishnath and Moksha suffered severe injuries and were rushed to Sullia Government Hospital by the locals.

While Nishanth breathed his last before reaching the hospital, Moksha was referred to advanced treatment.

She breathed her last while on the way to a hospital at Mangaluru.

It is learned that Nishanth was a student at Sullia Junior College and Moksha was studying in class 5 at Government Higher Primary School of Devachalla.
