Sullia: Lineman electrocuted while repairing power line

Sullia: A 24-year-old lineman, employed with Chamundeshwari Electric Supply Company was electrocuted while repairing a powerline at Chembu village near Sampaje here on Monday, December 16.
The deceased Yogeesh C R was working as a lineman for the past four years. He is survived by his parents and a sister.
Yogeesh was attending to a problem in a transformer when he got electrocuted due to sudden transmission of power through the high tension line. He died en route to the hospital.
Officials of Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Company, police personnel visited the spot.
