Vijaypur: A couple was tragically killed, allegedly due to an immoral relationship.
The victims are identified as Kallappa Kumbar (35) and Parvathi Talwar (38) residents of Gani village.
The horrific incident unfolded as Kallappa and Parvathi were spotted together in a farm near Maradagi Tanda. Suspicions loom large that Parvathi’s own family may have orchestrated the heinous act, leading to the untimely demise of the couple.
Adding to the ghastliness of the crime, thorns were found placed on the corpses, indicating a sinister intent behind the murders.
Upon receiving word of the tragedy, the Nidagundi police swiftly mobilized, led by CPI Sharangowda, to investigate the scene.
