Tibetan women tie rakhi on RSS chief’s wrist in Nagpur

Nagpur: A group of Tibetan women from neighbouring Gondia district today tied rakhi on the wrist of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Tibetan women from Gothangaon in Gondia district visit the RSS headquarters here on every Raksha Bandhan to tie rakhi on Bhagwat’s wrist.
Following their flight to India in 1959, Tibetan refugees were rehabilitated in various parts of the country.
One such refugee settlement is located at Gothangaon.
