Two arrested by CCB sleuths for trying to sell two headed snake

Bengaluru: Two people who were trying to sell a snake under the cover of being delivery boys for online delivery service, were arrested by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) Bengaluru.

The accused are identified as Mohammad Rizwan and Azar Khan.

Taking to Twitter Joint Commissioner of Police, Crime Sandeep Patil wrote, “While Dunzo doing a good job of door delivery of essentials during the lockdown, some misusing it & doing illegal things. CCB arrest 2 accused who used the cover of DUNZO delivery boys & procured & tried to sell two-headed snake (SAND BOA) prohibited under Wildlife Protection Act.”

A complaint has been given to Range Forest Officer, Kaggalipura range
