Udupi: Unidentified man found dead; murder suspected

Udupi: The dead body of an unidentified man was found on the premises of Karavali Hotel here. Police suspect it to be a case of murder.

The man’s right was found with a deep gash made with a sharp weapon. It is believed that the victim died due to profuse bleeding.

Social worker Vishu Shetty, who got the information at 9 a.m., informed the police. Police have taken up an investigation.

A case has been registered in Udupi police station. Relatives or concerned persons are requested to contact the station.
