Udupi: Man assaults medical shop owner for not selling medicines to him

Udupi: An incident of assault was reported from here on Monday night where a man attacked a medical shop owner for not selling him medicines as he had come at the closing time.
Pushparaj Shetty, the owner of the medical shop in Kodamkori here, was the victim of the attack.
Shetty was closing his shop at 8:00 pm as per government order. At this time Harish and his son came to the shop and asked for BP medicines. Shetty asked him to come the next morning.
A quarrel started between both of them leading to violence. Shetty sustained injuries on his face in the assault.
A complaint was lodged at the city police station.
