Oath taking ceremony of new CM to be held tomorrow?

Bengaluru: After the resignation of BS Yediyurappa on Monday, July 26, Karnataka legislative party meeting is being held on Tuesday evening to elect a new leader to replace BS Yediyurappa as the state’s chief minister.
Earlier it was being speculated that the new CM will take oath on Thursday. But now after the recent developments, reports suggest that the oath-taking ceremony of the new Chief Minister will be held tomorrow.
It is said that the Chief Secretary has been reportedly instructed by the Governor’s office to prepare for the oath-taking ceremony on Wednesday.
Yediyurappa stepped down on Monday, coinciding with his government completing two years in office. The 78- year-old BJP veteran, who submitted his resignation to Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot at the Raj Bhavan.
