Ramanagara: Former chief minister HD Kumaraswamy criticized the Congress for working to attract a community in the State.
He made the statement while speaking to reporters after visiting the Sri Chamundeshwari Amma temple here.
“They say that it is not possible for the BJP to give a good chief minister and on the other hand criticise BJP’s high command for forcing Yediyurappa to resign. These are all political machinations to get the sympathy of a certain community,” he stated.
Responding to another question, Kumaraswamy said, “high command of the party (BJP) will decide who will be the next chief minister, we have nothing to do with it.”
