Bengaluru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an expert in getting maximum publicity without doing anything for the betterment of the people of India.

Adressing the gathering at Sarvagna Nagar Assembly constituency here, CM said that the Congress government in Karnataka has done a lot for the welfare of poor and marginalized sections in the state but failed to get publicity.

“Prime Minister Modi has been busy in giving speeches and making promises but has delivered nothing.’’ CM.

“Modi had promised to deposit Rs 15 lakh in the bank accounts if he gets elected as prime minister but he has not deposited even Rs 15” said the CM.

“Modi promised to bring back the black money from International banks as soon as he becomes the Prime Minister but has not done anything till date.” he said.

“The poor remained poor while rich people became richer during BJP government,’’ he said.

Criticizing on the State BJP leaders visiting Dalits homes, he said that BJP state president B.S. Yeddyurappa packed hotel food to eat at a dalits home. “I asked them to make dalits their daughter-in-laws instead” he added
