Siddaramaiah wants Congress leaders to be aggressive

Bengaluru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah asked congress workers not to remain soft and to turn aggressive like the BJP leaders such as Ananth Kumar Hegde, Shobha Karandhlaje and Prathap Simha.

Speaking to the congress workers at the first meeting of the congress campaign on Wednesday, Siddaramaiah asked the workers to counter back the BJP leaders and not to remain silent when the BJP leaders push Hindutva agenda on social media.

He also pointed out that BJP has been attacking often on the government. He also stated that the congress leaders should open their moth on what Modi is done.

Campaign committee chairman D K Shivakumar told the media that Congress has formed campaign committee in every booth to tackle the opponents and promote the achievements of the state government.

The meeting was attended by all top Congress leaders from the state, except senior MPs Mallikarjun Kharge and M Veerappa Moily in view of the budget session of Parliament. AICC social media head and former Sandalwood star Ramya, actors Malashri, Jayamala, Bhavana, Abhinaya and Sadhu Kokila were also present at the meeting.
