Mangaluru: Belthangady and Puttur taluks received heavy downpours creating flood like situation in parts of the taluk.
Holiday was declared for schools in both the taluks.
Parts Beltangady and Puttur taluks were flooded with rain water.
The main road, connecting Madanthyar and Beltangady, was flooded with rain water at Guruvayanakere.
