Mangaluru: Tulu cinema is growing by the day and its new venture has shocked the cinema world by announcing to direct a movie in the least possible time.

With aim of creating a Guinness Record, a Tulu film will be shot in 17 hours by 10 successful Tulu directors with a cast of 10 actors. The movie is being produced by the “Ambar Caterers” famed businessman producer Suresh Bhandary through ‘Nageshwara Cine Combines’. This will be the second movie by this institution.

This feat has not even been attempted in Sandalwood. The movie will be shot at more than 10 different locations and the 10 directors will be working at the same time. More than 10 cameras will be used to accomplish this feat. This will probably be the first multi-starrer Tulu movie in Coastalwood.

Story-Dialogue-Screenplay-Editing: Harish Kottadi

The movie will be directed by ‘Telikeda Bolli’ famed director Devdas Kapikad, Vijaya Kumar Kodiyalbail, Prakash Pandeshwar, Mayur Shetty, Ranjit Suvarna, Raj Kamal, Ritesh Bangera, Raghu Shetty and others. The lead actors of the movie will include Tulunada Chakravarti Arjun Kapikad, Taulava superstar Saurabh Bhandary, Roopesh Shetty, Prathvi Ambar, Asthik Shetty and others.

Famed comedy actor Rajasimha, who has acted as villain in over 40 movies including “Pulikutti” starring Tamil actor Danush, will portray the chief antagonist role in this movie.

The shooting of the movie will begin in September. Talks are on to finalize the remaining cast and directors. The title and other details of the movie will be disclosed at the next press meet.
