Kundapura: Orphaned teenager found hanging in foster house

Kundapura: A 13-year-old boy was found mysteriously hanging in the house of his aunt at Basrur on Tuesday, March 17.
The boy, a class 8 student was playing with his friends as holidays have been declared for schools due to COVID-19.
A while later and in unknown circumstances, his friends found him hanging, they immediately called the neighbours.
He was taken to hospital in Kundapura but had died already.
The boy was an orphan and was living as a foster child with his aunt. His aunt and uncle are working couple and were not present when the incident happened.
Kundapura police have registered a case and are investigating.
