Here are a few tips to sharpen your memory

Meditation

It is said that meditation increases gray matter in the brain which contains neuron cell bodies which impacts memory.

Less sugar intake

Eating sugar can lead to poor memory and reduced brain volume. Less sugar intake will not only improve memory but will also improve overall health.

Proper sleep

It is said that if you are sleep deprived, you could be negatively impacting your memory.Hence, it is important to get enough sleep.

Exercise

According to a recent study, exercise increases the secretion of neuroprotective proteins and improves the growth and development of neurons, leading to improved brain health.
