Chikmagalur: Man in quarantine commits suicide

Chikmagalur: A man in a quarantine centre in the city here committed suicide on Sunday, May 24.
The 53-year-old man was placed in quarantine at a city hospital four days ago due to cough, cold and fever.
The man had committed suicide in the hospital’s toilet.
The man’s sample has been sent for testing and the report is awaited.
It is suspected that he feared he may have infected himself with the virus and committed suicide.
