DK records 334 new COVID-19 cases, 6 deaths; 254 in Udupi

Mangaluru, Udupi: On Sunday, August 30, Dakshina Kannada district recorded 334 new cases of COVID-19 and 6 COVID-19 deaths along with discharges of 213 cases.

The total COVID-19 cases in the district has now risen to 12,443.

Presently, 2,665 active cases were are undergoing treatment in the district.

The district’s COVID-19 death toll stands at 356.

During the same day in Udupi district, 254 new cases of COVID-19 were reported along with 195 discharges of recovered people.

11,513 positive cases have been reported in the district till date out of which 2,620 cases are active and 95 dead.
