Bengaluru: Wild life activists have raised complaint against illegal laying of roads at Kuveshi of Cassel Rock Wildlife Range of Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary, which goes under the administrative range of Kali Tiger Reserve.
With this, the activists have requested transfer of Kali Tiger Reserve Director Palaiah.
“Despite the fact that we gave many complaints against the illegal development works, the senior authorities of the tiger reserve didn’t react. Particularly, the chief of Kali Tiger Reserve totally neglected to make a move against rules breakers,” they said.
The authorization of Central Environment, Forest, and environmental change authorities is an absolute necessity to do any movement which isn’t identified with the forest, in Kali Tiger Reserve zone, National Park or Wildlife Sanctuary. In any case, here the contractors didn’t any forest or wildlife protection Acts while taking up the development works, they alleged.
