Bantwal: One killed after motorbike collides with jeep

Bantwal: One person was killed in an accident between a jeep and a motorbike that took place in Narahari, near Melkar here.
The deceased has been identified as Vijith, a native of Belthangadi who was riding the motorbike.
According to sources, the bike skidded at the Narahari turn and hit the Isuzu jeep with a Telangana registration plate. It is learnt that the jeep had arrived for a promotion of a Padayatra held in Bantwal.
Vijith who was seriously injured was rushed to a hospital but died without responding to treatment, sources added.
