HDK submits resignation to GUV

Bengaluru: Governor Vajubhai Vala on Tuesday accepted Chief Minister Kumaraswamy’s resignation letter and requested him to stay on as the CM till alternative arrangements are made.
Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy after he lost the vote of confidence in the Assembly, ending the nearly three-week-long high political drama in the state met Governor Vajubha Vala and Submitted his resignation.
Meanwhile, BSP leader Mayawati expels the lone BSP MLA N Mahesh from the party for not voting in favor of the government.
