IT Dept Questions Karnataka Minister, Others in Bengaluru after Last Week’s Massive Raid

Bengaluru: Karnataka state Energy Minister DK Shivakumar, his brother DK Suresh, close associates, MLC Ravi and Bengaluru based Astrologer Dwarakanath are being questioned at regional IT office in Bengaluru on Monday. The four members arrived here to face interrogation after a three day long IT raid on the residences, offices of DK Shivakumar, his close associates, relatives in Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka last week.
IT officials had seized documents related to properties, valuables, cash and others from the residences of the minister and his close associates last week during a massive raid on 60 locations in various parts of Karnataka and New Delhi. IT department on Sunday served notice to the minister and others to attend an interrogation on August 7 inconnection to the raid conducted.
