JD(S) accused Congress for not providing security to intellectuals

Bengaluru: The JD(S) a chargesheet which consists of 15 questions/allegations against the Congress Party.

The JD(S) party questioned on corruption in the steel bridge project, separate religion tag for Lingayat–Veerashaiva community and as why did the Congress not accept the Sachar committee report.

JD(S) accused the Congress of misusing the office of the Speaker and weakening the Lokayukta institution.

JD(S) blamed the Congress for not providing security to intellectuals, which led to the killing of writer M.M. Kalburgi and journalist Gauri Lankesh.

The JD(S) also accused the Congress of committing fraud on farmers by announcing farm loan waiver, which is yet to reach the needy.
