Kerala Minister Resigns on Alleged Obscene Phone Conversation on Sunday

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala State Minister for Transport AK Saseendran has resigned as a minister of the state cabinet on Sunday following his alleged obscene conversation with a woman. He announced his resignation in Kozhikode after a private TV channel released an audio which allegedly contains obscene phone conversation between the minister and a woman. Reacting to the resignation, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan stated that he would order for an investigation on the allegations made considering it as a serious matter of concern.
