KSRTC Bus Damaged after it Catches Fire near Gundya

Gundya: A KSRTC bus has been damaged as it caught fire on Saturday afternoon near Gunday in Shiradi Ghat when it was on its way Bengaluru from Subramanya. The bus was damaged as it caught fire and no casualties reported as all of the passengers were get down from the bus following the spread of smoke. No damage reported to the public property other than the bus.
The exact reason for the incident is yet to be known. The bus was arrived from Belur depot and the incident was occurred in Sakleshpur KSRTC service area limits. Officials from KSRTC have arrived at the accident spot and have been investigating the incident. Further details awaited.
