Major jolt for Cong-JDS govt, eight MLAs to tender resignation

Bengaluru: In a setback to the Congress JDS government, eight coalition MLAs on Saturday visited Speaker’s office to tender their resignation, informed sources.
The eight MLAs include Ramalinga Reddy, Soumya Reddy, BC Patil, H Vishwanath, Pratapgouda Patil, Ramesh Jarkiholi, Mahesh Kumatalli, Shivaram Hebbar.
It is gathered that more Congress MLAs are planning to tender their resignation.
