Mangaluru: Mulky-Moodbidri MLA Umanath Kotian on Thursday inspected the repair works being done on the Maravoor bridge which had developed cracks on June 15.
“The engineers working on the bridge have said that it will be repaired by the end of July. Once the repairs are finished light vehicles will be permitted on the bridge,” he said.
“The old bridge will undergo extensive repairs after the new bridge is operational,” Kotian added.
