Mangaluru: Three arrested for pelting stones at bus

Mangaluru: The city police arrested three people for pelting stones at a bus which was moving towards Mangaluru from near Natekal late in the evening on Saturday, October 24.
The arrested are identified as Belma resident Alfaz Kalpade, Ponga Ashraf, and Afzal.
Reportedly, the bike riders threw stones on the driver near Deralakatte, the stone hit the face of the driver and the glass was smashed. The bus was filled with passengers, the arrest was made after viewing CCTV footage.
A case has been registered in Konaje police station.
