Minor Earthquake Reported in Chitradurga, Tumakuru Districts

Chitradurga/Tumakuru: A low intensity earthquake was reported in some parts of Chitradurga and Tumakuru districts during the wee hours of Sunday at around 6.30. No casualties have been reported so far.
Chaos prevailed after the quake as people were seen running out of their houses.
Officials from Geological Survey of India arrived in the affected areas and spoke to the people. The quake reportedly struck Hosadurga taluk in Chitradurga and Chikkanayakanahalli in Tumakuru.
