Bengaluru: KPCC President DK Shivakumar has alleged that the State government is tapping his phone.
He stated that his phone was working well till this morning (August 21), however, since then I have not been receiving any incoming phone calls. Earlier too my phones were tapped but then it stopped and now it started again. I will be making a formal complaint about it.
Speaking on the suicide of the Nanjangud physician, he said: “Health personnel are serving without caring for their life. They need to be congratulated and reassured for their work. When I had visited Victoria Hospital BJP leaders had mocked me. A woman has lost her husband today. How many days will they take to make an arrest? Is it enough for the Health Minister to go visit the place?
He further alleged that there is an attempt to make some cover-ups in the incident.
The physician was harassed for almost six months. They made way for him to commit suicide. In many cases, they take suo moto action why not now? he added.
