Paresh Mesta death case: Paresh’s father files objection to CBI’s ‘B’ Report

Honnavar: Regarding Paresh Mesta death case, Paresh’s father Kamalakar Mesta on Wednesday, November 16 filed an objection against the ‘B’ Report submitted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to the court.

Kamalakar Mesta’s lawyer Nagaraj Nayak filed an objection petition in the court.

In the communal riots that took place in the town on December 6, 2016, Paresh had gone missing. After two days, his body was found. Based on this, the family had urged the state government to hand over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). After investigating the matter, On October 6, this year, the CBI submitted a ‘B’ Report to the Honnavar Court.

The report read that Paresh had died a normal death and that it wasn’t a murder. It also mentioned that the accused in the case were not found guilty and that they can be released.
