Police seize vehicle for illegally transporting cattle

Udupi: Byndoor Police seized a vehicle carrying cattle near Shiroor here in the early hours today.
Police informed that based on a tip off, they raided the vehicle which was illegally transporting cattle in a Tata Ace pickup van.
The accused managed to flee from the spot.
However, the Byndoor police have taken the cattle into custody and are on a look out for the culprits.
