Rajarajeshwari Nagar election campaign ends, No Congress-JD(S) alliance

Bengaluru: In spite of the fact that Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, had supposedly displayed enthusiasm for achieving a comprehension in Rajarajeshwari Nagar where election is scheduled to be held on Monday May 28, his expectations were dashed as party pioneers neglected to close contrasts. 

Kumaraswamy had favored purposeful endeavors to vanquish BJP in this constituency and asked Congress applicant, Muniratna, to help JD(S) candidate and clear path for his triumph. But, such an action was not done. Then again, D K Shivakumar had asked for JD(S) to clear the way for the race of Congress applicant. JD(S) had even offered to see that Congress applicant won from Jayanagar constituency if Congress party sacrificed Rajarajeshwari Nagar seat. 

Campaigning in the constituency stopped on Saturday May 26 evening. All the three noteworthy parties, Congress, BJP, and JD(S) are in the shred in this constituency which saw high voltage battling by senior leaders of every one of these parties. It is said that because of Shivakumar’s turn, JD(S) supremo, H D Deve Gowda, rejected odds of achieving any understanding, watching that the coalition is constrained to running the government. He said he will guarantee that applicant handled by his party wins the race here. Alluding to the case filed against Muniratna identifying with recuperation of almost 10,000 voter IDs from a flat in Jalahalli, Gowda said that the election commission recognizes what the Congress applicant had endeavored to do. 

BJP has handled Tulasi Muniraju Gowda PM. On the most recent day, state BJP president, B S Yeddyurappa, partook in two road show in this constituency while union minister and former chief minister, D V Sadananda Gowda also took part in the campaign. 

The elections from this seat was postponed by the election commission after around ten thousand voter ID cards were found in a flat in Jalahalli. Muniratna is one of the accused for the situation, yet he has been allowed bail.
