Hubballi: Former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar once again expressed his displeasure against the BJP high command for denying him another chance to contest the upcoming Karnataka Assembly elections.
Speaking to reporters at his residence on Wednesday before leaving for New Delhi, Shettar said that he was ready to retire from politics any time, but one should retire from politics in a respectful manner. “This is not the way to go,” he added.
Further, Shettar said that he was visiting the national capital at the request of the BJP national president. “I am hopeful of a positive outcome,” he said.
