Tragedy on Children’s Day: Teenager commits suicide

Bantwal: November 14th is celebrated as Children’s Day in the nation and when all the citizens wish for the well being of the children, a tragic incident has taken place in Bantwal taluk. A teenage girl has committed suicide by jumping into a well.

The deceased girl has been identified as Shradda (14) a resident of Manuuru Irvattur in Bantwal taluk. Is an 8th class student of the government high school at Punjalakatte.

The teenager jumped into a well which is 40 feet deep and fire services is expected to arrive soon.
