PU student who sustained injuries after falling off moving train, dies

Kasargod: An 18-year-old girl student who sustained serious injuries after falling off from a moving train recently, breathed her last at Periyaram Medical College hospital on Tuesday morning.

The deceased, E Ashvathi (18), a resident of Uduma Aramangana was a student of private Pre-University College in Munnad.

Ashvathi had sustained serious injuries after falling off a moving train near Manjeshwar a couple of days back. She was immediately taken to the hospital. She, however, died without responding to the treatment.
