ACB conducts raids on four government officials

Bengaluru: The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB), on Friday led raids on the premises and workplaces of four government authorities who allegedly accumulated assets beyond their income therefore attaining tax evasion.

As per a discharge issued by ACB, aggregate of 10 places associated with the said authorities are being looked across the state by different ACB groups. 

The ACB raided the following government officials: 

SangappaI Soodi- Revenue Inspector of Mudhol taluk Bagalkot, B Lakshmipathi- Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat in Chitradurga, Muni Venkatappa- Shirestedar of Revenue Department, Kolar and ML Ganesh Murthy- Section Superintendent, Community Health Center, Solur of Magadi Taluk. 

Cases have been filed against every one of the authorities said above have been enrolled by the ACB Police Stations. The hunt and confirmation of properties by the ACB teams is contiuing to find out the sources of income.
