Congress MLA K B Prasanna Kumar filed nomination papers on April 23

Shivamogga: Occupant MLA K B Prasanna Kumar, recorded his nomination papers for the Karnataka Assembly Elections 2018 on April 23, . 

A huge crowd of Congress workers had assembled at Ashoka Circle close to the bus stand at 11 AM on Monday. From here, Prasanna Kumar alongside his supporters, continued towards Shivamogga City Corporation Office and documented his nomination papers. 

Talking to the media people  in the wake of documenting nomination, he stated, “My plan for election is development of just for now and future.” He likewise asserted that the Congress party was secular and did not support communal politics.

Predicting the result he stated, “I am confident of winning with a margin of 25000 votes. I am sure a result of the love and support of the general public I have gotten until now. It is simply because of their love that I am challenging this election.”
