Gangavati: Gangavati Constituency legislator from the BJP, Parnanna Munavalli who has won twice in the Karnataka Assembly election has said that he is confident of the party issuing him a ticket once again to contest the upcoming 2023 assembly polls.

Speaking to the media on Friday, December 9 he said, “I have won twice from Gangavati Constituency and hence I’m confident that the party high command will declare me as a candidate once again. I’m confident that with the blessings of the voters of my constituency, party workers, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, I will register a victory in 2023 as well.”

“BJP runs according to principles and ideology. Hence, the party is winning elections consecutively. The party follows the footsteps of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, PM Modi, and other senior leaders, due to which, the party has managed to become the world’s largest political party with a maximum number of party workers”, he added.

Clarifying rumours of BJP leader Gali Janardhana Reddy contesting from Gangavati Assembly Constituency, Munavalli said, “I’ve been looking at media reports which are saying that Janardhan Reddy has partaken in the Hanuman Mala Visarjan programme in Gangavati and has visited several temples and residence of BJP leaders here. This visit is just casual. He has toiled for the party’s victory. Reddy meeting the party leaders of Gangavati is normal and there is no need to paint it politically.”
