PM Modi enjoys culinary delights from Udupi

Udupi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday tweeted about the South Indian dinner he enjoyed with NDA MPs.

The dinner was held at the Parliament House after a meeting with the MPs and included a variety of dishes from the well-known Udupi cuisine.

Budnar Subrahmanya Acharya of Udupi along with his assistant Rajasekhar flew to Delhi to prepare the dishes, which included Udupi Saar, Patrode, Jackfruit Gatti, Sukrunde among others. The food was served on a banana leaf and culinary delights from Andhra and Tamil Nadu too were included in the dinner.

Union Ministers Prahlad Joshi, Nitin Gadkari, and BJP National President J.P. Nadda, who is a connoisseur of Udupi cuisine were at the dinner.
