Will launch state-wide protest if Indira Canteen name is changed: KPCC Chief

Bengaluru: KPCC Chief Dinesh Gundurao has warned that if attempts are made to change the name of Indira Canteens to Annapoorna Canteens, Congress party will launch a state-wide protest.
Addressing presspersons here Dinesh Gundurao said, ” I am sure CM Yediyurappa will not change the name of Indira Canteens based on the objection of only one leader”
He further added, “CM Yediyurappa before taking oath as the CM of the state he claimed that his government will not indulge in hate politics. I hope he keeps his promise.”
Dinesh hitting out at BJP-led government over the abrogation of Article 370, said that this misadventure is going to have serious consequences while adding that the move was taken to divert the attention of the people from real issues.
“It is a move that is going to be very harmful to the future of the country and for the unity of this country. It is going to have a huge impact on the entire country, not only Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP Government is playing with fire,” he added
“When you do something which is against the will of people, serious consequences will follow. This misadventure is going to have serious consequences. This move was to divert attention from real issues that the country is facing,” he said.
