Bengaluru: A complaint has been filed against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and working president of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee Dinesh Gundu Rao for making provocative and offensive statement against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Former minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson S. Suresh Kumar on Friday filed a complaint with the City Police Commissioner demanding for a strict action against the two.

The complaint said that Siddaramaiah had made a public statement classifying the members of the BJP and RSS as terrorists. Suresh Kumar also said that the position of being a Chief Minister is misused by Siddaramaiah as he is spreading blatant lies against BJP with a motive to gain benefits to his party.

In his complain, Suresh Rao, stated that Dinesh Gundu Rao’s statements have created hatred among citizens of the state and therefore both, that Siddaramaiah and Dinesh Gundu Rao should be taken into legal actions for promoting hatred among the citizens by making derogatory statements.
