Bengaluru: BJP state president and opposition party leader BS Yeddyurappa said that the Congress-JDS coalition government in the state would collapse after Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing the presspersons after flagging off the Modi Vijay Sankalp Yatra organised by the party at Humnabad in the district, he confidently said that the BJP would win 22 Lok Sabha seats including Bidar and Kalaburgi.

He further added that if they get Lok Sabha polls results as their expectations then Congress-JDS coalition government led by Kumaraswamy would not continue in the state.

BJP government would come to power at the centre again, he added.

Though the coalition government has tried to do vindictive politics against him keeping the Operation Lotus audio clip. The court has given him the justice, he said.

The Kalburagi bench of Karnataka High Court on Friday, February 22 issued an interim stay order on an FIR, filed by Sharanagouda Patil against former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa and others in connection with the recent audio gate scandal.
