BJP’s next target is to register victory in 2019: Khanna

Jammu: Giving credit of the victory in recent assembly polls in the states to the party workers, BJP National Vice-President and J&K Incharge, Avinash Rai Khanna said the BJP’s next target is to register splendid victory in 2019.

“BJP’s next target is to register splendid victory in 2019 and the preparations for the same are to be made from today, itself,” he said while addressing a meeting of the office bearers of State, Jammu West, Jammu Districts.

“To achieve the target, the BJP activists at all levels need to be involved,” he said.

Khanna gave credit of the splendid victory in recently concluded polls in the country to his workers and activists.

“The recent elections results in assemblies were great landmark for the party and it was possible because of efficient planning and hard work of the workers, who approached all sections of the society,” Khanna said.

Khanna also sought the report of working from the District Presidents, Mandal Presidents and Incharges of respective Morchas.

He emphasized on the grass-root level working of the organisation and asked the workers to activate the organisation at booth levels.

“To achieve the target, BJP activists at all levels need to be involved,” he said.

BJP State President Sat Sharma, on this occasion, said that the morale of the party activists in all the three regions of the state is very high after victory in UP and Uttrakhand in particular.

He said that all the opposition parties had united to defame PM Narendra Modi on the issue of demonetisation but “failed” to mislead the voters and BJP once again emerged strong.
